Temping for the first time

Hi girls! I am temping for the first time since I started ttc, almost a year ago. Got pregnant only to miscarry in December at 10.5 (baby had no heartbeat and measured 8.5 weeks).

Could you ladies help me understand this chart? I have always measured in bed, orally. I forgot a couple of days. I am confused because temperature drop and LH peak are not the same. Maybe the first time you don’t see a clear pattern?

I would appreciate any input!!
