I have no clue what my chart means
So I'm not sure if I'm reading this correctly, I just dont know what my LH is supposed to be doing or what my bbt is supposed to be doing, I don't know if I should keep taking LH tests or if I did already peak, or anything....any advice? I have been poas but pretty sure they were negative...(I added 2 charts one from here and one from premom)
