Water leak or just vaginal discharge?

Question

So how do I know the difference?
I think its just watery discharge cause I put on a pant liner and have had it on for an hour at least, been on an exercise ball the whole time. And there is just like a dime sized amount of wetness after that hour that is clear. 
I guess I am just a little worried cause I woke up twice last night super sweaty, but being half asleep I though maybe my water was leaking.

My water actually started leaking this pregnancy at 39 weeks exactly the day before I was to be induced. For me, my experience with it leaking was small little uncontrollable glushes that would come out. It would happen when I moved or even when I layed down. I soaked about 3 always infinity pads within 3-4 hour period and the color of it was clear. It was the first time my water had leaked or ruptured with any of my pregnancies. Once we went into the labor and delivery, the nurses was like oh yea that's your water lol. By that time I couldnt control the leak enough to switch out my pads. I know everyone is different but hopefully this helps you!
