Please help!!

my boyfriend and I baby danced ( in ovulation time frame ) my ovulation time frame was the 7th-13th with ovulation on the 12th, I’ve had an extreme increase of hunger and thirst , headaches and on the 19th RIGHT AFTER HAVING SEX

i went pee and when I whipped I spotted ( picture below ) could this be impantation bleeding ? Or what would it be due to? (i never spot after having sex and I was wet we had no trouble getting it in) I really hope this is a good sgin !
