Kyleena IUD and pregnant

My son is just over 11 months old and I’ve had the kyleena iud since he was 7 weeks old. No issues. I started bleeding two weeks ago and then started throwing major clots so I went to the ER. They did an ultrasound and bloodwork. They said they can’t find my iud and I’m 3-5 weeks pregnant. My head has been spinning for days and I’m in an almost constant panic. If anybody has been through anything similar and give me some hope I would greatly appreciate it!
