Aggravated

So my period.Is usually 4 days long it has been 4 days 4 years. So today is day five and I stopped bleeding yesterday just to start bleeding again today. Me and my fiance baby danced last night. I woke up this morning cramping and bleeding like I'm on day 3. It never happened before. So I don't know what to call this. We have been trying for a baby for 2 years. What would you call that. I know usually a period. Last 5 to 7 days usually. But mine's is out of whack. I Googled everything that happened and it said implantation bleeding but would it be this early or I don't know if that was even a period
