I just had a baby two weeks ago and I've had awful postpartum.. My Husband has done his best to be there for me but my emotions are everywhere. The baby was crying yesterday and my husband wasn't doing anything. He told me "He's hungry and there's not breast milk in the fridge". I forgot to pump. I just started screaming at him. He started to walk away and that pissed me off even more.. I ran in front of him and punched him right in the nose. It started bleeding bad. I may have broken it .. he gave me a look of hurt and just walked out the door and left. He won't answer my calls or texts. IDK what to do. I know I postpartum isn't an excuse to put your hands on someone. I feel so bad right now.

Edit: All these comments... Are right. I'm gonna try to get help before trying to get my husband to come back. I hope he doesn't divorce me. I am a terrible wife... I'm going to see a doctor as soon as I can.

Update: My hubby finally came home! He had something around his nose. Turns out I did break it... He went to stay with his sister for the night. I apologized profusely and told him I'm gonna get help. He says he forgives me, but if I Hit him like that again he's not coming back and will be looking for split custody of our son... I can tell he's still very hurt rn....
