HCG Rising But Symptoms Fading?

Hey everyone! So I’m 5 weeks today, the 695 was from a blood draw Thursday (6/18) & the 3746 was from a blood draw yesterday (6/22). I know it’s rising but I woke up this morning & my only symptom (besides bloating & fatigue) was breast tenderness & it seems to be fading. Has anyone else experienced this?

I miscarried in January at 5 weeks & had severe cramping & bleeding along with the sudden loss of symptoms (& again, my only symptom was breast tenderness). So I’m just a little worried! 😞
