Feeling super disheartened and confused

I'm 9 days late... Two BFN tests... This happened two cycles ago too and I was 14 days late... I don't even know why I get my hopes up anymore and I want to see a doctor, this is SO out of the ordinary for me, but my office is only taking urgent appointments... I'm so confused and don't know what to do
