How do you know if your Nuvaring is inserted far enough?
I put in my Nuvaring today for the first time ever. I pinched it together and pushed it up my vagina but I think it’s placed really low and needs to be further up. I’ve tried pushing it up further but I legit cannot make it move anymore. I’m nervous that when I have sex or use a tampon it’ll hit it right away. Help please!
