When to call doctor

Question

40 weeks pregnant with second. Had a sweep today. Stomach tightening every 5-6 minutes and a ton of pressure and pinching down there. Completely different than my first.

Answer

If water breaks, bleeding, can't breathe or talk during contractions. Contractions have to be closer and last a good min. If theres any other concerns you can always call labor and delivery nurse with questions and they do the best to answer. If you go in for braxton hicks or small contractions they will send you home. For my first I had contractions 3 mins apart and I was 4cm and sent home they told me to come back when my water broke.
