Tenants not paying rent for several months
Our tenants hasn’t being paying rent since March when COVID hit us. My husband has been really stress about this because they’ve blocked and rejected my husbands call. He spoke with a lawyer and our best bet is to wait until end of July to file for eviction. Is anyone going through this too? We found out they both have unemployment and the girlfriend has some charges against her 🤯
