Implantation Cramping?
Hi ladies!
So I took a nap and woke up and ate some food and everything was normal..my stomach then started to cramp badly on both sides of my abdomen and it’s very tender to the touch and whenever it is touched it cramps more. I’ve already had my period this month. I was very dizzy and had nausea today also a headache. Is this a sign of implantation? I know every female’s body is different but I just want your thoughts. Thanks!
