Shall I take 6 month baby out to the park?

Hi, my baby is 6.5 month old. We haven’t taken him out for fun except going to pediatrics office because of the coronavirus.
But recently I am thinking that he is already 6.5 month old, he doesn’t even know that we can play outside, he doesn’t know there are trees, rivers and little animals...  Because of coronavirus, we have been keeping him inside home for safety for so long. Shall I start take him outside to see nature? There is a park near my house, would you recommend me to do it?

Start going on walks! I wouldn't let them play or go on the play equipment.  But it will be good for you and baby!! 😁

I would. It’s easier to avoid people outside in open areas. Just stay away from crowded areas. I’d avoid any type of playground.

Sunlight kills the virus on the equipment. Being outside is literally the safest place. Do what you want tbh. 🤷‍♀️ Children also are less likely to die from it. Most of them are just asymptomatic.

Yes! Fresh air is so important! Go for walks, go to the park, enjoy it! People around us have been very careful to stay distanced even when at the park, so I feel totally comfortable being there.

Your child needs fresh air. I’ve been taking my daughter out since the day we came home. You don’t need to mingle with people or be near them. I wouldn’t recommend playgrounds but you can take walks, dip his little feet into the water, let him crawl around the grass (you can take a blanket with you too), let him feel the sunshine and the breeze. Let him touch the flowers. This is so so so important.

You can go outside anywhere.   If you mean a play park, I wouldn't take them there with the current corona situation.  
I take my girl on walks all the time, and now that its warmer, we got one of those plastic pools and we can splash around in the backyard.   
Tomorrow I'm taking a shallow plastic tub outside, with different looking measuring cups, pitchers, etc, water, and food coloring.   We're gonna make a pouring station.   😎. (A six-month-old might not care about this but maybe someone else reading will think it's a cool idea.)

Yes take him out. 
And just saying my friend has a daughter that has really bad health problems and almost didn’t make it when she was born. Still needs check up regularly. And her doctor said if she got corona it’d be no worse than RSV.
