Roseola possibly

So we went to the zoo Saturday just to get out and do something but Saturday night my 13 month old felt warm in the middle of the night but no fever . I stripped her to just her onesie and let gave her some water . She fell back asleep but woke up with a low fever Sunday . Up until today she has had a fever that went from 99 to the highest was 101. It would go down with medicine and come back . Today is the first day where she would eat and drink normally . The other days she didn’t want much food and we had to make her drink . I took her to the pediatrician yesterday and they checked her breathing , ears , and belly were normal and he said he throat looked a little red and irritated which could be why she didn’t want food or anything . He said she may get a rash but she may not . Has anyone else experienced this and should I be concerned or is it just a common childhood illness ? She had hand , foot and mouth a couple months ago also . I’m a first time mom and I freak out over everything 😩
