So I really want to get on birth control since I am sexually active. I'm 20 and although I do plan on being a mom some day, I know it's still plenty of time before I'd like that to happen. I've looked into all the different types and I think the paragard is what seems best for me. (I can't be trusted to remember a pill every day and I'd prefer something hormone free)

But the issue is that I'm still on my dads insurance plan and I dont want him to see that I've gotten this done because we just dont talk about things like that and he doesn't know I'm sexually active. I'm sorry for all the rambling, but basically my question is if anyone knows how much this might cost without using my insurance??
