Mirena IUD no period?

Hi, I’ve had my mirena iud for almost three years now and I’ve had regular periods every month. Last month however, it was somewhat lighter? Not as much blood, it was more like brownish spotting for the duration of a normal period (3-5 days). I’m supposed to get my period this week, but last week I noticed a very small amount of pink discharge and I haven’t had any symptoms of my period yet.

Is it possible that my period actually stopped? Even though I’ve gotten it every month for nearly three years? I’m a little worried. Hopefully that’s what it is 😓
