Random Bumps/Spots

Hey! so I’ve been having these random spots appear on my legs and recently traveling up to my thighs and now two spots on my belly and one spot on my arm. Had anybody experienced anything like this??? Started back in April and none of the spots have gone away, just flattened or seemingly scarred. I thought maybe ring worm but they don’t itch or have a profound ring. No bed bugs either..... Plz help!?!😭😩☹️
