Question about dye run ....

So I know that this is a HORRIBLE dye run, so I’m definitely retesting in the morning, but my question is, would the second line still be considered some form of a positive as it showed up in the time frame and has color to it. I’m just wondering whether the second line would ONLY appear when hgc is present?
