Early 5 week scan, miscarriage and HCG levels 🤷‍♀️

Hi brains trust!

So I am 5+4 weeks. I have had dark brown discharge for over a week. First Bhcg was 436 on a Monday 15/06. Second Bhcg was 1367 on Friday the 19/06.

I had a scan yesterday (Tuesday 23/06 and doctor couldn’t see anything so thinking it could be an early miscarriage.)

I had another Bhcg today 24/06 and level was 4461.

I know it’s doubling on the slower end which maybe shows a miscarriage. I have another scan booked next week.

What do we think?
