My son has this rash on his belly, not sure what it’s from. Any other mamas out there with newborns who had a rash like this? He is two weeks old.

Really looks like heat rash.

Could be heat rash or baby acne or an allergic reaction. Wash with just water, not soap. Let it have time open to air in the house to stay dry. Use non-scented sensitive soap. It could also be from your body wash or soap if your doing skin to skin. So try a more sensitive skin friendly option. There’s so many possibilities that could be causing it. My first had little red bumps like that all over her face and body. Eventually it went away. My 2 week old now is just starting to have some acne breakout on her face but I put breast milk on it and it seems to help a lot.
