Has anyone had a negative test at 7dpo and 8dpo but still miss their period and get a positive later on? I’m so crestfallen and would like maybe a little hope before completely giving up this month

7 and 8 dpo are for most women way too early to get a positive. Don't forget that you wouldn't start producing hcg before implantation occurs and that typically happens as early as 6 days and as late as 12 dpo. With my first pregnancy I got my first faint line at 12 dpo and with my second at 10 (veeeery faint line, could barely be seen).
