Ovulation Help

I’m sorry I didn’t know where to post this!

So I got a clear positive LH Surge June 13,2020 on Cycle Day 9. But today June 24,2020 Cycle Day 20. I am having clear stretchy cervical mucus. Could I have ovulate twice this month? Or was the LH Surge on the 13th just a fluke and I’m actually ovulating today?
