Long story but please read !

Been in agony for 3 days with awful back ace ( on both sides lower back ) and been having irregular contractions mostly every 10 mins ( these have been going on for 2 days ) I haven’t been feeling myself and constantly feeling sick , even with my anti sickness ! Also haven’t slept for 2 nights with this pain ! I went to gp out of hours last night as I thought I had a kidney infection only due to the back ace I was in and felt like my kidneys really were hurting , anyway I was told that my urine was clear and that it was early labour due to if you had a kidney infection it would only be on one side ? ( but google says the pain is in both when you have kidney/infection pain ) a midwife then phoned me last night from triage and said that is sounded like early labour ! Same symptoms still today with period pains coming. In waves in my back and in the front and coming every 10 mins but have gone again now ! Midwife today also said that it’s early labour ! No one has actually checked me though as you have to have 3 contractions in 10 mins for them to give you an examination ! My question for you ladies is has anyone had this pain before and it actually be early labour I am honestly still convinced it’s something to do with my kidneys as it hurts where they are in the back and also have pain under my rib on my right and it hurts when I touch it ? Has this actually been a early labour sign ? 3 professionals have told me now that it’s early labour but I honestly just think it’s something to do with kidneys , midwife did say my urine had +LEU in today but she said if I had a kidney infection it would show up a lot more , And my urine last night for the gp out of hours was clear ! Anyway sorry for the long story ! But has anyone else been through this ? Just generally feeling really unwell and constant feeling sick ! ( I have no wee , or it doesn’t sting when I wee )
