My husband and I have been TTC since June 2019. My estrogen and testosterone levels were way too high so my OB put me on birth control for 3 months to bring my levels down.

I had previously been on birth control for 6 years and had no breakthrough bleeding.

However, I bled for 14 days leading up to my last period once I started month 1 of Vyfemla.

I'm now on week 2 of the second pack of pills (the active pills) and this morning I woke up with horrible cramps and then sudden bleeding; enough to have to insert a tampon.

Anyone have any similar issues? I don't know how much blood is considered normal for breakthrough bleeding.
