What does my chart mean?
I’m due my period on Tuesday (however I have recently come of bc).
I’m also very new to charting so really struggling to make heads or tails of this chart!
However, the last 6-7 days my breasts & nipples have been so sore (I can’t wear a bra) and I’ve been cramping so bad! But I’ve had a fair amount of egcm!
Has anyone gone through the same? Or can anyone make any thing from that chart?
