He never tells me about himself

My LDR boyfriend and I love each other very much.

Sometimes I notice I have to keep asking him questions because he hardly tells me anything;/ and when there’s photos of him and his family I ask him to send them to me and he forgets. It makes me sad that he rarely snapchats me with effort. He used to draw little “ily”’s on them but sometimes he just responds with a bland photo and a 3-word response to what I sent. Sometimes he doesnt even respond to my snapchat for hours, but he goes on twitter and texts me and other people. I feel confused on whether I shouldn’t be caring this much about this stuff. It makes the relationship feel one-sided sometimes. Does he not care? Am I not a big part of his life?

Update: I understand how it seems immature but I’m not saying its about snapchat. It feels important to me because thats the only way I can see him through the day without FaceTime.
