What time of the day should I take my ovulation tests?

I’ve been testing using LH strips with my first morning urine but I heard some people saying you shouldn’t use fmu with ovulation strips? I’m kind of confused now haha this is my first cycle tracking ovulation

I would always test twice a day. 11am and 5-5:30pm.

I do twice a day around 10a and 8p both after 3-4hr urine hold, so depends when I’m up for the day but I aim for late am to noon and late evening to before bed.

I just don’t do first morning urine and try to wait until about 4 hours after I get up to take one- for me I haven’t received any failed positives on the OPK due to the time I took them

It depends on the test and it will say on the instructions. I use clearblue with the smiley face so that one suggests fmu! Good luck ❤️

I do what @sara does , I test at 11am and 8pm. I drink my daily water from 11:15am until 4pm.
