Who is still on maternity leave!?

Let everyone know when you went back or plan on going back to work!

I took 8 weeks off total but went off a week early, so really only had about 7 weeks with him. 🙁 I wish there were better benefits for maternity and paternity leave.

My job gives me 14 weeks off and I “go back” on July 6th. 
That being said, my entire office is still mandating a work-from-home policy while Covid is still circulating so I’ll get to be at home with the baby until at least the end of the year. 
I’m very lucky.

I have 4 more weeks (had 12 weeks total). I'm really anxious about going back mostly because of having to leave him at daycare but I'm going back part time so that will be nice at least.

I’m a teacher, and they had closed schools when I had my daughter. Distance learning online provided me the opportunity to not have to take maternity leave and therefore still be able to get my full paycheck. I know COVID sucks but getting this extra time with my kids (especially my new one) has been a blessing.

I go back August 5th, I get total of 16 weeks off.

I only went back to work because i was only able to take 6 additional weeks off paid 60% of salary but... if i waited 3 weeks the laws changed and will be able to take 12 weeks bonding time paid 85% of salary which goes into effect july 1st so this is my last feel week of work then i will be back out of work again... until end of Sept. I am so excited! Going back to at 6 weeks old was so hard... and i am an emotional wreck at work... at least my husband has been able to switch up his schedule to be home right before i have to go into work so no babysitters needed.  5 more days!

Taking a year so not back until late March. I don't know how people in countries/companies with crap maternity leave manage!
