Okay so I have the carb manager app in my carb net is at 19 I don't know where it should be or how all of that works can somebody please help me out on where to set them I am starting the keto diet I weigh 286 lbs and I want to get down to 170 before I TTC number 3 I won't post pictures because I am so disgraced by my body but my mind is set to do this I will post what I have eaten so far today

I feel like maybe my net carbs are too high but I really don't know can somebody please help me figure this out thank you for your time
