Pregnant 3 weeks after BC ended in MC

My husband and I decided to go off my birth control the end of April. I ovulated somewhere around May 6th and got my positive May 22nd.

I started bleeding June 14, went to the doctors for an ultrasound on June 15 and saw only a sac and no embryo. (Should of been 8 weeks).

My question is- Has anyone had experience/heard of blighted ovum/early MC when getting pregnant right off of BC?

I have heard this is possible because of eggs not being matured.

Also- was anybody able to conceive just as quickly after having a MC when conceived quickly?

We are waiting for a regular period to come back and then will start TTC again 🌈🤞🏼
