Lyme disease?

i had this rash 2 years ago, it appeared out of no where and doctors told me they weren’t sure what it was. lately I’ve been feeling dizzy, headaches, light headed, memory loss, migraines and like I’m in a dream. I can’t tell if it’s my anxiety or something else

A lot of these are symptoms of Lyme disease and I put 2 and 2 together and I was wondering if anyone could tell me does my rash look like it could have been that? Should I ask my doctor to test me or am
