telling my mom I masturbate

so I know this post might seem really weird,, but basically I tell my mom EVERYTHING. I’m so open for her and for some reason I can’t help but feel a little guilty, like I’m lying to her or something, about not telling her that I masturbate. Weird, I know.. I’m 16 and I’ve been doing it probably since I was like 12 maybe, and so I’m sure she knows. I mean, like I said, I’m 16 so she probably assumes it, plus I’ve been doing it for years now so she’s probably heard me. I used to be super risky when I first started and I did it in the bed right next to her, hoping she was definitely asleep- crazy lol. still, whenever I masturbate I feel really nervous about her hearing me. and I just get really uncomfortable when masturbation, female orgasms, the clitoris, etc is mentioned on tv.. because I don’t want her to like wonder if I do that I guess ? I just think it would be easier if I could just tell her that I do it so that she knows and I don’t have to stress about it.

Any ideas on how I could do this without it being awkward ? like super casually, preferably not the main point of the conversation- just a detail I somehow throw in? I don’t know.. help please !
