Help! 14 month old has started waking in middle of night

So my daughter who is 14 months has started waking in the past week in the middle of the night. She falls asleep between 7-7:30 and usually sleeps till 5-5:30 (early bird I know lol) but lately she has woken around 3:30-4 and will just scream cry until I come to get her and feed her a bottle. Then she will go back to sleep for an hour and then she knows it’s her wake time so she wakes up for good. She is only getting like 9 hrs at night but still 2 hrs of naps (2 of them) during the day, so still averaging 11 hrs. Anyone know what’s going on? Sleep regression? Tooth? We took her to the doctor to be sure she didn’t have an ear infection and he thinks it’s some teeth.
