Breast cancer. What was your symptoms?

Please share your symptoms if you have been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Not me, but my sister. Her only symptom was she felt a lump. Mammogram then biopsy to confirm. 
Note: most lumps are benign, but you don't ever want to leave it to chance. My sister was stage 3. No family history, not a single risk factor other than being female and having estrogen in her body. A mastectomy, chemo and radiation was brutal, but saved her life.

My mother was extremely tired all the time and she started getting sick quite often too and she was someone who NEVER got sick. One day she found a lump and was in surgery and having chemo a week or two later
