Natural Labor and ewwwww...hemorrhoids

So I'm due to give birth next week. This will be my 5th, I've always had a natural birth but I am older now and have a problem that I've never had. I have a hemorrhoid. I've had it about a week or two and it has gotten better from the painful and burning but its doesn't seem to be shrinking much. I'm using preperation h wipes and cream. My question is, has anyone else had a natural birth with a hemorrhoid and if so how bad was the hemorrhoid after birth? I've stocked up on frida mom perineal liners and pads and even bought some hot and cold packs just for this situation. Also bought a sitz bath but I haven't used it yet. Should I be worried about it getting really really worse after I give birth?
