You also need, changing table with changing pad/cover, diapers, wipes, wipes, Aquaphor baby for their booty to prevent rash, SwaddleMe swaddles, if breastfeeding: my Brest Friend nursing pillow, nursing pads, nursing bras, haaka. Lots of burp cloths, Soothie pacifier, baby wrap (I have ergobaby) to wear baby, floor play mat with toys dangling down, swing (I have a Fisher Price one). You can find a lot of stuff on Facebook Marketplace.

Crib not necessary until baby is older I’d say get a bassinet that can hang over your bed because you’ll be up every 2-3 hours in the beginning.
