Toddler wants to be in constant contact with my nipples 😣

My son is 19 months old and he STILL wants to nurse every two hours... I try to introduce new foods everyday but he’s so picky 😅 he’s become very physical with my breasts, he will reach into my shirt to retrieve them for himself 😡 I do not reward him when he does this because it drives me nuts. I know it will devastate him to wean entirely, is there any hope on limiting the number of times he nurses instead of cutting him off completely?
