If you’re using regular tampons try using organic cotton ones. People I know have said they have experienced less intense cramps and shorter periods. And you can also try using Tylenol or generic brand acetaminophen (not equate brand) that’s what usually works for me and usually have pretty bad cramps. When I wrestled in high school my cramps were so bad that after a match I had to lay down or sit on the toilet to feel better.
