Ultrasound - thought i was 7weeks UPDATE

Update: baby passed away at 7 weeks 5 days, i thought i was 10 weeks when I started bleeding. Emergency scan was done & no heartbeat. So I’m totally out. Second pregnancy & still no baby. Absolutely heart broken. 💔💔💔💔👼🏼

Can anyone tell me if this looks normal? The ultrasound tech said that i’m only measuring 6 weeks 2 days 😬 the most my estimate could be out would be 2 days which would have made me 6 weeks 5 days at the time of this scan..
