Sleep trainer?

Has anyone hired a sleep trainer? Ours starts today. (Virtually) my March baby still wakes throughout the night to nurse. We videoed it and it was 7 times! And it was a decent night I’d consider. It also takes minimum of an hour to get her to sleep. We bed share.

We are on night two with the trainer! She only cried a total of 5 min at bed time and has been sleeping for 3 hours straight so far! Only one wake last night!!! This is amazing I highly recommend Lynne Howard!!!

Any thoughts to get LO into their own room/crib? Maybe there are sounds or movements or something waking him/her up? We didn’t use a sleep trainer per se, but I did some research and started following a bit of a cry it out method. I also follow takingcarababies on Instagram. She has a lot of super helpful tips and tricks for free. There’s a course available too, but we didn’t purchase it.

my son is about the same. nursing at night is biologically engraved in them, its very normal mama
