Getting pregnant

I want my kids close in age and my baby is just turning 9 months old and so we want to start trying for our second! But I still haven’t gotten my period and this past month I’ve taken an ovulation test every other day and they were all negative so i don’t think I’m ovulating yet either. Has anyone had this problem and if so what did you do to help get your period back! (Never thought I’d say that 😂) I’m also not breastfeeding anymore but I am pumping.. but not often.. I only pump at 7am, 330pm and 10pm. Any advice would be great!
