Pregnant? Input pls

I have already had my period this month and my husband and I had sex on Wednesday, which was the first day of my fertile window. Yesterday, Friday afternoon, I began bleeding again. I thought that this may be implantation bleeding or some spotting, but it’s only been two days. It seemed a bit early and the bleeding is a bit heavier than just spotting, in my opinion. Any advice or input from someone that has experienced this? Could pregnancy be a possibility? Or does this sound like something else? Thanks!
