Am I going crazy???

I have Regular cycles. Last cycle started 5/24. 6 days long. I have a 29 day cycle. Currently 5/6 days late. Tested yesterday and got BFN. I’m not understanding!

I really never know my exact ovulation date. But I know I had sex once on 6/10. So if I am pregnant, I conceived that day. I have no symptoms. I have been cramping since the 22nd. That is the day my cycle was supposed to come on. Did I test too early? Or is something wrong with my body?

This is the first time something like this has happened, if anything my cycle has always came on 3 days early or 3 days late. That’s it.
