This has been my reality for over a year and a half now. I have pcos and don’t ovulate or get natural periods.. I’m on metformin and due to start letrozole within the next month. Praying it works for us, this journey is so so hard. Does anyone have any positive stories with letrozole?

I’m so exhausted and heartbroken. The only way I can explain it all is that I’m grieving for a baby I never had.
