I have no idee how to explain this situation 🤦‍♀️

i am 10 days til my next cycle but i have had the past 2 days pressure on my bladder need to use the toilet way to many times and is constipated.. when i pee it feels like my blader is going to fall out any time 🤦‍♀️ crazy i know and this morning its blood when i wipe anyone els experience this feeling please help... its the first time in my whole life that i have this
