Tips for pumping with Spectra s2?

Anyone have any tips for pumping with the spectra s2? I seem to only get results with expression mode 70/04 but not for very long. 
I’m still confused on what settings to use and for how long. Thank you!

Once I have a let down I switch over to a low suction and high cycle. Every about 2 minutes I go down in cycle and up in suction. When milk stops I switch to get another letdown and then pickup where I left off.

I always do 70/4 until my let down comes 1-2min and I push express button then have a 38/5 mode until timer hits 20min and I’m done.
