Oof my booty *tmi

I am about to be 6 weeks pp and it is soooo difficult to go to the bathroom. Everytime I go it feels like my bottom is being torn and the toilet will always have blood in it. It doesn't even matter if the poop comes out soft, I bleed every single time. It looks like a damn murder scene. Other than going to the bathroom I don't have any other issues. Not with sitting or my bottom being in pain when I'm not going to the bathroom. Any recommendations on what I can take to help my hemorrhoids go away faster? Or am I just stuck playing the waiting game?
