What can I do to prepare for going back to work. 
I haven’t stored any milk for my baby ... he’s about to be 3months. I’m slightly stressed out because I don’t want to just be home .. and my leave is basically over now. This is my first kid so I just want to make sure he’s okay and I need to know what I’m walking into ... like will I be allowed to pump during work hours I just .. HELP .. I don’t know what to do.

Answer

Employers are strongly encouraged to provide time and a space for pumping. I know in Georgia they are trying to pass a bill where employers are required to do so called “Charolette’s law” named after a teachers daughter where the principal wouldn’t let her pump during her planning period. (Crappy person if you ask me)
But I would just talk to your employer when you return or a little before. Most people understand.
