Peanut butter obsession
I’m 7+4 and was doing well with eating healthy, balanced meals until the end of week 6 when the thought of eating a vegetable or meat made me wanna🤮
I’m currently surviving almost entirely off of peanut butter banana sandwiches on white bread and graham crackers because that’s what sounds good...every...day. Pre-pregnancy I’d eat whole grain bread but now only white will do! (And I’m using natural PB!)
As I read about the changes my baby is going through I’m worried a diet of simple carbs and refined sugar is not helping either of us haha. But still...all I want is peanut butter and wonder bread!
Anyone going through this? Should I force myself to eat some veggies or fruit? Or just eat what feels good until my food aversions stop? I get occasional bouts of nausea in the evening but no vomiting so I’m scared to rock the boat with foods that sound unappetizing!
